As the Founder and CEO of Terra Firma Consulting, LLC, Tanya helps nonprofit organizations achieve sustainable success through strategic recruitment, executive placement, and organizational development. Tanya previously served as Vice President of the Midsouth Territory for ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and held several leadership roles within the ALSAC Legal Division. She is no stranger to multi-million dollar fundraising and awareness efforts, fundraising compliance, directed regulatory initiatives, and managing high-performing legal teams.

Tanya earned a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Justice from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. She serves her Memphis community as a thought partner, mentor, and advocate for local organizations.
