You’re invited to the 2nd Annual MPACT Awards to celebrate effective poverty-fighting efforts in Memphis.
MarAwards recognize the poverty-fighting organizations that were most effective (MPACT Award) and demonstrated the most improvement (MPROVE Award) on their most recent Slingshot Impact Study. In addition, we will announce the total funds the community contributed in 2024 to Slingshot’s Accelerate Impact Fund. 100% of these funds are allocated to the nonprofits that participate in an impact study based on their poverty-fighting effectiveness.
We believe you will leave inspired by these efforts and with a greater hope that we can change the trajectory of poverty in Memphis. We look forward to seeing you Thursday, March 27th from 5:30-7:00pm at Scheidt Family Performing Arts Center at the University of Memphis!
The event is open to the entire community at no cost, although contributions to the Accelerate Impact Fund are welcomed.
The Scheidt Family Performing Arts Center is located at 3800 Central Avenue, with entrances to the parking lot off of both Poplar and Central.
